Ms. Jaya Veerabagu, M.A., Founder and CEO of AJ Corp Solutions, is a visionary woman entrepreneur with extensive experience in women empowerment, rural employment development, and inclusive workforce solutions. Starting her professional journey as a primary school teacher, she gained strong grassroots insight into community challenges and livelihood creation. In 1986, she established tailoring and clothing ventures focused on skill development and self-employment for women. She later pioneered women-led catering models and expanded into manpower supply, staffing solutions, and workforce management services for textile and manufacturing industries. Under her leadership, AJ Corp Solutions delivers ethical recruitment, community-linked workforce programs, and end-to-end corporate services, supporting sustainable business growth and social impact across sectors.
